I agree with Bob on driving in the wet. I do not suggest either way what my student should do if it is raining/wet, but if they want to drive in the wet, I'm happy to go. It;s like the skid pad w/o the skid pad. Everything is slower and smoothness becomes critical. Sharon does a fine job in the wet and keep up with/passes cars that are faster then her in the dry. Smoothness is key and speed will come. Not sure about a student's car on Hoosiers though - I might sit that one out.
