I'm finding that most all PCA regions are adopting the open marque policy.

Everyone is trying to attract attendees.

I had a great time at Lightning, and can't get it out of my head.  I have a question regarding turns 2-4. 

Line 1: hit apex at two, track out/brake/turn in to three hit apex. no brake (some do brake)  turn into 4

Line 2: turn in late at two (about 10 feet), blow apex at 2 by about 6 feet, keeping steering wheel at in same position, track out, no brake keep accelerating, hit apex at 3, brake, turn in to 4

What are the opinions?

I take the line 2 approach and sometimes can just ease the throttle for 4 and not brake. 4 has plenty of room to track out.
