If you want the best, send them to Harvey Weidman in California. Expensive, he takes his time, but they will come out beautiful. I sent him 7x16s and 9x16s to do the RSR finish on standard factory finish wheels.
Here they are after getting them back:

Do you mind me asking the turn around time and total cost with shipping? Shipping I figured was going to be the killer, otherwise I was debating on sending to Harvey or Al Reed. (both in Cali) Thanks.

DJ,
It depends on the size and finish. My wheels ran $1800 shipped, but then again, they had the tires they came from when I bought them on ebay, so it was more expensive. I recently spoke to Harvey about either cleaning or refinishing the 6X15s from the 72T. He told me if I sent them to him now, he would have them done by March! The ones on the red car took 2-3 months. He's always busy. As for Al, I don't think he is doing wheels right now; his wife Diane was very ill.

Just an update, got the wheels refinished at Wheels America. They are down near the airport, but were just moving to a new facility when I picked them up. All four done for 500 dollars. Powder coated and cleared. They came out really nice. I specified to keep the brushed aluminum outer and a semi-gloss black for the inner. The black came out a bit glossier than I had hoped.

my Fuchs are currently at Weidmans Wheels. Huge reputation on Pelican. Really nice man, spoken with him a couple of times. I'm sure it will be worth the wait.
Chris, I'm in Bath alot, whereabouts is this place in Bath. In 20 years of going there, I don't ever remember seeing this place.

Mike, I am not sure. I know Myles has gone there. Apparently, they are well off the beaten path.

Thanks Brian, I know exactly where that is, it's directly across the street from the golf driving range and mini golf center on Airport Rd.
Like I said, in 20 years of going up there, I never knew they were there.
