Joe,

No need to apologize. At first, in the middle of Gina's story, we wondered what you were up to, but then we had a nice meeting/conversation. No harm done.

We did have a great drive. Thanks to midnight blue for the route suggestion. And to wellardmac for developing it. The warnings were good: when he says the road is bumpy you should pay attention! We didn't have a problem with the bad railroad tracks as that road WAS CLOSED! The detour took us around the bad crossing.

Oh, and the Triumph Brewery was an eye opener since we stumbled into Goth Night, a smoky kitchen (which was then shut down), and a partial blackout! But we got our food before the kitchen was closed and the beer taps never stopped. The rest was entertainment.

Here are a few photos...[img][/img][img][/img][img][/img]
This is the most thought provoking thing I could think of.

How funny,

I passed you in New Hope (going the opposite direction) in my 968...

Glad you enjoyed the run,

Jay

I saw lots of Porsches during our 2 days in the New Hope area. No wonder you guys are able to put together so many events! The Jersey Shore Region must be much smaller than Riesentoter.

Look forward to joining future events, both social and track.

Ben

Jay I was out & about the New Hope area  in our black 968 cab testing  the June 19th tour route  &  met  the covered bridge folks,  unfortunately our paths did not cross....

Are you interested in the porsches & polo on June 19th ?  We are leaving from Holbert's at 11am, driving to Wycombe Vineyards for a tasting, then up the river to Tinicum Twp Park for the 2pm Polo event.   After the polo match we have a optional dinner scheduled  for 5pm at the Black Bass Inn.... Joe  Asher RTR VP
