AIG update: Their "almost too good to be true" track coverage has come to an end.  They have just revised their policies to eliminate DE coverage, joining most other insurers, such as Chubb.  Alas.

So this weekend I will be driving "naked" at Lightning.  (I hope my instructor doesn't misinterpret that.)

Sorry for the news but glad that you have a definitive answer.  There may be still time to get coverage with HPDE for this weekend.

Don't want to see you get burned......   Confusedhock:

You can buy Lockton Affinity up to Thursday PM. If you want WSIB you need to do tomorrow. You can purchase multi event policy from WSIB

Don't risk it Larry - go get some insurance.
I just got $42K coverage for $211 via the motorsportreg.com website & lockton insurance inc 10% PCA discount - it took 5 minutes and pdf of policy was emailed to me immediately -- not sure I'd pay $200 for a 1 day or 2 day event but totally worth it for a 3 day!

I sincerely appreciate all the well-intended and obviously sound advice. Likely situation though -- which I'm in the process of confirming with my agent (I should know tomorrow morning) -- is that I will remain covered under the current policy, which does insure me for any DE track incidents, until my policy expires in August. So, if I'm correct about that -- and I'm 99% sure that I'm right -- I will not be driving naked at Lightning in a few days. So you can probably safely put that horrible thought out of your head.

I sure hope she hasn't been reading this thread. (Probably not; I haven't received notice of her cancellation yet.)

Does anyone have an email address for someone at Lockton Affinity of any importance?  I've been communicating with some woman the past couple days and have been very unappy with their responsiveness and helpfullness.  The newly negotiated 10% discount for PCA members definitely doesn't seem to be working for everyone and I can't get anyone to acknowledge or respond to the problem.
