Can Anyone Recommend A Chip Doctor ???

I've got a few tiny paint chips in my hood.  I guess my clear bra isn't big enough. But before I put on a larger clear bra, I would like to get the hood repaired. 
 
I've heard of touch-up repairs being done with an air brush.  I don't want to use my "touch-up" kit because it is brushed on.

Anyone with knowledge of a paint repair company in our area would be appreciated.

George, the best place to start would be talk with the used car managers at Knopf on Lehigh St or Daniels BMW right off Rte 22 at the Catasaqua exit and ask them who they get to do their touch up. We use our own in-house recon. service but many dealerships will sublet that out to someone else. Mostly because it's cheaper and can be done quickly.

In the meantime take a paper match, using a razor blade, cut a very sharp angle on one end making a very fine point and lightly dab that into your touch-up bottle and then apply the paint to your car. It will not dry sloppy like it does when using the brush because it only puts the smallest amount of paint on the car.

Good ideas, but I'll try the first ones first.  I don't really want to tackle the job myself.  It's not that I don't think I can.......... it's just I'm a firm believer that those that do this for a living will do it better.    Now, if it was my Subie.........
