I would like to hold a few "Show & Tells" and would like some input on good topics for that.  I am interested in what most people want to see.  We have plenty of experienced club members doing things like rebuilding motors, replacing transmissions etc, who could let a small group "invade" their garages and also have the opportunity to enlighten the less technical on topics that us "motorheads" know very well like on suspensions, brakes, tires and wheels, etc.

Please post anything and everything that you find interesting in this thread and I will get some sessions together.  I want to use this forum to organize it because events may happen on short notice, so check back regularly.  Oh, and did I mention that I have a budget for food & beer! Smile

I believe some of the newer DE drivers would apprciate having knowledge in changing brake fluid and brak pads.

Larry, that is a great idea. I would even travel to go to help out in an engine drop.

Isn't it funny that we have this tool in the forum and it is very rarely used. Since I'm so close to Summit Point I would even let someone use my garage if they needed a well lit place to work during a DE weekend if something broke on their car.

You know, simple oil, filter and brake changes might be most useful for the beginner, then work up to more complicated stuff.

Thanks for the suggestions so far, keep them up (except for you Knight and your unabashed attempt to get a free alignment).

I just changed the trans in my car this morning...sorry. I could not wait as the Mid Ohio race is in 2 weeks and I am out of town for a few days this week.

Also, let others know because when something happens, it will be announced right here.
