First time for me at The Glen.  Thinking in advance (for a change) and trying to secure lodging.  Any advice/recs?  Looking for something clean, comfortable, inexpensive, not too far from track.

Already on waiting list for Falls Motel.

TIA - Ken

Cabin at the Seneca lodge...it will be different but I think all the rooms are booked up.  $40/night...  Clean, inexpensive and rustic.

Otherwise, at this point, there are several hotels down in Horseheads.

Try the Falls Motel.  At bit more, but clean and nice.  4 miles from the track.

Ooops.  You already tried that.  My bad.

I once had a reservation at the Longhouse Motel, but never stayed there.  Supposed to be nice, also.  GMI (Glen Motor Inn)  I've heard mixed reviews.

I have stayed at the Seneca Clipper Inn and the Glen Way Motel.  Both are 4 miles from the track and although the rooms are a bit small they are clean and the owners are on the property.  However I am one of the lucky ones staying at the Falls Motel.

Clean? Your joking right? The bar is awsome though.

I'm staying at the Chieftain. It has a living room, bedroom, and Kitchen. Not expensive either. I think they have another effeciency left but no kitchen. It has an extra bath though.

Had Mr. Chicken yesterday at the Glen and the chicken BBQ sandwich I ordered was like nothing I have ever experienced.  And I do not mean in a good way! Sad
