Well it's been 2 days and I'm ready to get back on the horse. Since there is always someone looking to buy and sell at the track in RTR, thought I'd gauge selling interest out there for a fully sorted 964 or 993 track car. I prefer a 993, but if the right 964 presents itself, I'll be open to that too.

I want a full cage in this car - the DAS sport in my 993 did a fantastic job, but after rolling the 993, a full cage is in order.

So who has something they are thinking about letting go? Reply to this message or PM me at nick@dogfish.com and we can start a dialogue.

I'll pay in beer, cash, or a combination of the two. I even take anonymous tips.

Nick

Nick,

Sorry to hear about your incident.  Gald you are OK.  My RS America is still for sale but it only has a half cage, easy enough fix though.  Let me know if you are interested.

Nick,

Look on Rennlist, Nasa forum, PCA.org.  You will find mulitudes of well sorted race cars for very little money.  eg 993 podium cars for 30 to 40K, 964 for high 20's to low 30's.   Even 996 prepped cars for well under 40K.   NO GT3 for you!!!!!!!

Most of these cars will have 2 to 3 times their selling price invested in them.   Car should have:  log book and documentation of service records, wrecks etc.
Good luck.  We had a couple cars off during the NASA event in T9 also.   Surprisingly our rain race had not one incident.

Nick -- how about considering a fully prepped e36 M3 racecar?  I think you'd get a lot more for the money.

Darren, I do not need another M3 to try and pass in a race!!! It's bad enough already at the NASA events. Smile

Yeah exactly my point Smile  They are just as capable as a 993, 1/3 the price, and easier to drive.
