Spring wish lists

As spring Track time approaches; I am wondering if we can/should approach a retailer/s for a RTR club discounts Would we all be able to save some money if we approached a retailer with a proposal that we would provide spring orders by a specified date with a specified minimum per order.   I know there are several items Iam interested in that will probably add up to close to $2K. Are there retailers that all ready offer discounts. Not just shops but  retail accessories as well.
