Looking for a junk yard (auto recycler) in the Exton/King of Prussia area that has 911 parts.  Looking for small odds and ends.  I thought there was a post here, but can't find it.

Thanks

If you can wait, there is always a load of this stuff at the Hershey Swap Meet.

I'll be there.

Looking for a source of parts where for example when I rebuild my pedal cluster and start cross threading the clutch master cylinder line that goes into the tunnel and I know the dealers don't stock it and Pelican Parts has to order it from Germany...Would be nice to go to a local place and pick it up.

V,  I'm real cheap and have been out to the You Pull it shorty places and never have been able to find anything 911. :?  They all get bought up by people. You would have to be at the right place at the right time. It won't happen.  Hersey is the best place.

There are several 911 recyclers that only do 911's and others that do all Porsche models.  There is a guy in Wilkes Barre www.weekendrides.com that does a lot with Porsche and Dan Petchel from Schatennbaum www.carsincnj.com has a huge inventory of Used Porsche Parts. The big salvage yards are dC Automotive www.dcauto.com, Nineapart www.nineapart.com and 2oth street auto www.20thstreetauto.com.  Los Angeles Porsche Dismantler www.911pcar.com also has a large inventory but is frequently the subject of complaints on Rennlist.

Hope this helps

Thanks Brian.  Our autocross sponsor, Specialty Cars of Allentown, is one of those resources as well.  I was hoping for the good old days where you could go to a local place and pick on the carcass.

PS A little thread chasing and the clutch line went back on smooth.

I've read some thread before that they are selling junk auto parts but I forgot that site. I'll try to search it for you! Smile
