We'll be there, but will probably arrive earlier than 3pm.

Also, I found the course map on-line:

http://www.virclub.com/guide/course_maps.htm

Is there a track guide available so I know what/not to do when?

Leh Keen

Yes he is! Possibly the fastest Porsche GT3 Cup driver that there is. Probably equal any of the factory drivers. I may have this wrong but I think he was 5 seconds quicker at Daytona in club race qualifying than the pro qualifying times for the 24 hours.

Just check out his video in the middle of his front page. That's how to start a race!! Look at how he drives the car on the limit. He also has videos on his page.

I am also glad to see his fun car is one just like mine. An S13 Nissan 240SX. That's great!

One of the most impressive videos of Leh is when he went from last to first at the Glen in just a few laps.

This video is a must see:  http://gscdownloads.com/race.wmv

Marty,

You are correct. They put him in the back of the filed for some violation or something and he just beats the piss out of everyone in about a lap or two. Amazing stuff.

Thanks for the link to his web site. Awesome stuff. I'm ready.........if only the car was also.

I just checked the registration page and there's an '06 Ford GT and Ferrari Challenge car running it Green!

Also, the following disclaimer popped up:

PLEASE NOTE!  DriverRegistration.com is only for online registration and does not indicate event confirmation.  After applications are reviewed you will receive a confirmation email.  You are NOT confirmed in the event until you receive a detailed email from the registrar.  Please check back here for current entry lists, etc.

Drivers Registration enables you to place yourself in any run group that suits your fancy.  Rebecca will review each application and if all is in order you should get in.  She closed registration and is wait listing additional applicants.

What Brian said and if you registered early and you weren't driving a Porsche, then you may not get in also.
