2010 Planes & Porsches Times & Championship Scores Through Event 4

Decided to start new post with times and championship scores for this event...

SCCA raw times from event are listed on attached pdf.  I am working the abacus to calculate corrected times for those in the championship points race.

Congratulations to Nick for a very fast time.

Ian got 1st place in C class and David got 2nd place in B class behind Nick.  Way to go.

Championship points standings through event 4 are shown below.  Looks like we have a horse race.

Remember, we will total only your best four (4) out of six (6) events for the championship.

V!!  I'm impressed!  You got the results up so fast............... You must have been up all night.  that is great.

Looking at the total scores and schedule, looks like many of you have a head start for total points, but I will try to make a valiant effort.  Next weekend, NNJR is having an AX at Giant stadium (the new one) at the meadowlands.  It is on a brand new paved lot and it is the biggest east of the Mississippi.  I am going to warm up for the zone 1 AX championship at Ft. Devens, Mass.

Anyone likes to go next weekend to Giant Stadium are welcome.  Great competition and great socializing.

I will be scouring the internet looking for alternative venues for you to attend on the dates of our next two (2) autocross events. Our next one is Hershey CPA , Sun. Sep. 26th.

V, don't worry, there is an AX at Giant Stadium on the same date, but I have not seen my friends at CPA for a while, so I may just go to Hershey.

WELL? Advertise it heavily to the RTR people...... even the track guys who are so good may enjoy this venue and show NNJR some new tricks.

That's an excellent idea.  If everyone goes to Giant stadium, I can be assured 10 points toward the championship at Hershey.  I like your thinking Nick!

Not to step on our Glorious Leaders toes, but signups are open for the Hershey event.  Go to http://www.cpa-pca.org/index3.html to sign up.  All cars that are faster than me are invited to go to Giant Stadium.
