Watkins Glen Caravan

Anyone interested in repeating last year's caravan to the Glen on Thursday.  I believe we met at the Allentown Service Plaza at a given time and drove up together with the objective of arriving at the Glen just as the gates opened for trailer drop off.

Ken Boyd and I are planning to meet around 1-2 pm if anyone is heading up then.  I'll have to rendevous with the group a piece north of the Service Center (Lehigh Valley interchange) as I believe there is no way to turn around when coming in from the soutbound side.

Can't wait for the Glen....

  The new service area is easy to turn around in, When you exit the fuel area there are signs to head either north or south. We will probably head up a little earlier to get the women set at the hotel. See you there.

Drop Off is between 6 & 8 P.m..  Google says 3.5 hours from Allentown interchange.  I propose meeting @ 2:00 p.m. At the Allentown Service plaza, 2:15 lift off and 2:30 at the Allentown interchange.  Bob Bartel and I did the interchange thing last year and there is no cell service on the road side.  Everyone PM me their cell phone numbers who plans to join and I will attempt to contact any laggards and notifyu the intrechange group as we pull off.  If we can't reach the interchange crew we will slow down and let them catch us.

You bring your own women? I usually wait and get mine at the track!



I'll do my best to be at the Allentown Service Center at 2:00 but don't wait for me if I'm not.
