But It will be mostly cosmetic 1) paint, front lip and tail 2) breaks, new lighter wheels and sticky tires, new steering rack, new front arm bushing, new shift bushings, 3) drop the engine and fix lower valve cover leaks and cam cover leaks and do a valve adjustment 4) removing all the unnecessary stuff inside the car for weight reduction

I'm trying to figure out if I can get to Pocono or LCCC this weekend. I should be a guarantee for Hershey, and hopefully Dover after that.
Is Pocono closed already? I can't seem to find any info on it or where to sign up. What do you mean exactly about the East Course--will that be the course, or a course laid out on part of that? Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

The official sign-up is closed but they are accepting walk-ups on the day, so get your butt up there.
The course walk will be open at 8:00AM first car off at 9:00AM. The track should be the same as any autocross, it just won't be in a parking lot so there is little to no chance of getting lost or being off course. See you at Pocono.

I believe that it may be better to have a slow drive thru than walk more than a mile. Have all the cars do a drive thru just before the timed runs. then do the same with the next group. Just my $.02 Will track drivers be able to run the AX any time during the day?

Track drivers will be able to run the AX for a donation of $5.00 a run anytime during the day but their times will not count for the competition.

Mark, I signed up for it back in August, but the way this weekend is shaping up I'm not going to be able to make it. There WILL be a slot open, just tell them you're me. Our cars are pretty similar. Seriously, there will be at least my slot open, and you're welcome to use it. Chuck
