We have to wait till other clubs publish their schedules so we can pick and choose who we want to piggy back our points events with. I believe that Jonathan is looking at SCCA Philly, CPA-PCA, NNJR-PCA, and maybe an event or two of our own. We have equipment and cones, but a venue in the area is hard to come by.

Is the AutoX club to remain as is (same system as before) or will it be revamped?

There was a lot of talk about this last year, and if this is to be done I suggest the higher authority to get moving,... to avaoid being in the same mess as last year.

Also it would be great to revive the Plane and Porsche event.

Any words Mr. Chairman?

Hi guys! Even though I won't make Craigs shin-dig, here's a few dates at a glance through other's websites:

March 17 - Philly SCCA "Rust off" - Warminster
March 24 - Central PA PCA "2013 kickoff"
March 24 - Central PA "Mini(etc.) Series #1" - Warminster
April 6&7 - Philly SCCA "Novice School" - Warminster
April 14 - Philly SCCA "Mini Series #2" - Dover Speedway
April 14 - NNJR PCA "AX Lot E" Meadowlands
April 21 - Central PA PCA "swap meet"
April 21 - Corvette Club of America - "Double AX"
May 5 - Central PA PCA "Cinquo De Mayo"
May 5 - Philly SCCA "Mini #3" - Warminster
May 5 - NNJR PCA "AX Lot E"
May 12 - Central PA PCA "Mother's Day"
May 19 - Corvette Club of America "Double AX"
May 19 - Tri County Vettes "Double AX"
June 9 - Central PA PCA "Early Summer"
June 9 - LCCC "Double AX"
June 23 - Central PA PCA "Late Summer"
June 29&30 - Philly SCCA "Mini #5&6" - Warminster
July 13&14 - Philly SCCA "Intermediate School" - Warminster
July 21 - Philly SCCA "Mini #7" - Wells Fargo Center
July 21 - Tri County Vettes - "Double AX"
July 21 - NNJR PCA "AX Lot E" - Meadowlands
August 11 - Corvette Club of America "Double AX" - ?
August 11 - NNJR PCA "AX Lot E" - Meadowlands
August 18 - LCCC "Double AX"
August 24 - Philly SCCA "Mini #8" - Wells Fargo Center
September 8 - LCCC "Double AX"
September 29 - Tri County Vettes - "Double AX"

Some of the clubs (like us) don't have this years dates published yet, and I'm sure there are going to be additions and changes, but hopefully this rough schedule will help us hammer out a season of events. Steve McMiata is fussing and fuming about getting the Planes & Porsches event going again, hopefully we can and will get that one on our schedule as well. Let me know what is decided on Saturday (and be sure to sabotage Craigs car while you're there).

BTW - I know Warminster is close for a lot of you regulars, but if there is a way to limit the trips there I'd appreciate it.  It's just not an interesting course.

I made up my own list on paper calendar to bring to Craig's and fill in. I can add the Corvette club dates to the list I already have.

PDX (Performance Driving Experience) is Level 1 -- and can be a street car with 3-point seatbelt harness and a helmet for the driver. This category allows any licensed driver to get a taste of what SCCA is all about.

The Hill Climb requires that drivers have a competition license and that the cars have complete saftey systems (roll cage, windows net ect and the driver must wear full fire suit. Spectators are of course welcome. Minimum requirements are SCCA Time Trial license and a car that passes Time Trial Tech.
