That is Leh Keen.  He also does PCA club races for fun........  I think the closest driver is 2 secs behind him.  You will find his post on Rennlist including a "Last to First" run at the Glen last year.

Marty, you have got to be kidding me, I knew that Leh was fast but that guy is a really good racecar driver. And only in his 20's

I watch that video all the time.  It still amazes me.

He was about 5 seconds quicker than anyone else in a 996 at WG as I recall.  One thing I have learned about the car though is that it makes more power than all the others in the event.  That makes it a bit easier to get by everyone.  Still an amazing drive and that vid at Sebring, wow!!  Now that's driving at the limit and that's how heel/toe downshifts are done.  Awesome.
