In addition to volunteers, we also need some coolers and ice. Let us know if you are able to bring one.

I agreed to run tech with Anthony. i have a medium cooler i can bring with a case of water. i'll have to stop for ice once in the area.
do we have any kind of oil cleanup kit? not thinking of anyone in particular....

I'll have plenty of extra room in my truck if anyone needs something hauled.

Staying at the Holiday Inn.

Also, there should be loaner helmets, right? Figured I'd give it one more shot to make sure I like this before I buy my own.

See you guys this weekend.

There will be ~8 loaner helmets there, from what I understand.

In terms of assignments, I think the key is to ensure that we can get a few folks there early (<7:00) enough on both days to assist with setup and registration. For that, specifically, let’s do a roll cal:
- OT
- Daniel
- Nick?
- Who else?

Tech
- Anthony
- Matt

Oil Spill - Matt, were you saying that you have and can bring a kit? If so, that would be awesome. (Or were you just suggesting that you could haul , if we need to supply litter and brooms, etc?)

Water - Anthony is rounding up folks to coordinate this. I am asking Grant if they have coolers.

Coolers!! If you have one, and can fit it in your car PLEASE bring it. We are going to have to make do with several smaller ones.

Sounds like NNJR will have coolers. An extra or two would be nice, but don’t kill ourselves getting them.
