Yes a family or affiliate member can participate.

Just make sure they set up a motorsportreg account at: https://rtr-pca.motorsportreg.com Select PCA - Riesentoter as one of their clubs, and enter their affiate member number a week before the event. That gives Carol a chance to verify there membership and get them confirmed to register before the event registration opens up. Then he needs to stay up till mignight - which shouldn't be a problem for a 28 year old - so he can be on-line registering when the event opens Take care, Jack
