Sorry, I was bored at work and just wanted to stir it up some. I honestly did not mean to offend.

If you look at my list, you will notice that I left our the "R1" designation of the Avanti, did not know the year of the Porsche, and can not spell Issognius(Mini Creator) to save my life. Smile
FYI- The year for the 911 Lightweight is 1973 (it's on my list too, see post above), and for the Renault, did you mean R5 Turbo "2". Big Grin

No, the Turbo 1 had aluminum body panels and was not homologated.  The Turbo 2 was built with steel panels in numbers great enough to qualify for homologation.

Its amazing how the Countach is ridiculously slow by today's standards and very impractical. I still think it is the prettiest car ever made, especially with the ground effects.

Certainly, whether the Countach is the prettiest car ever is debatable. Whether that is my opinion, however, is clearly not debatable.

I'm with you Aaron - the Countach is still a classic style amongst exotic cars.
Well 'ard: British Slang. Very Tough. Very Good.
Life is too short to travel in the slow lane.
