Received Graham's report regarding possible fiduciary improprieties.  Rather troubling.

Ditto V.    This is a real misfortune and I am sure is consuming a lot of someone's or many peoples' time.   In my line of work we catch one or two of these in companies/year.

The efforts necessary by the exec council cannot be overstated- I'm impressed by their work thus far and the manner in which Graham's report delineates the situation.  Of course many additional questions arise with this news.  Aside from the fiscal stability of the club, how serious are the legal ramifications regarding nonprofit violations or status?

I'll try to make the next meeting, but it may be worthwhile to either have a separate forum section or periodic updates from the council here to keep us informed.

Innocent until proven guilty, but it does sap resources.  Regardless, even the accusation tarnishes the reputation of the club.

In my opinion, any discussion on this topic now is pure conjecture and premature. It appears to me that our Executive Board is taking the appropriate steps needed to address the issue. Therefore, I choose not to comment on this issue in a public forum until ALL the facts are in, thus allowing me to give an educated opinion on what may (or more importantly what may not have) happened regarding this issue. I think it's in the Club's best interest we all do the same, and allow the Board to do it's job and present us with their findings before commenting.

I think they'll do well this season, barring any major injuries. Plus, now we have 3-1/2 quarterbacks (LOL)
