The formula is flawed for those of us who parallel park in NYC and Philly. (I would assume this error is true in all major metropolitan cities.) The correction that needs to be made is that the entire square root calculation needs to be divided by:
(IBS + MLT) - TF x AW
IBS = Improved Bumper Strength
MLT = Multiple Love Taps
TF = Time Factor
AW = Anybody Watching
(IBS + MLT) - TF x AW
IBS = Improved Bumper Strength

TF = Time Factor
AW = Anybody Watching
