Dan I did this almost 4 years ago and have had one 3 day weekend there out of 4 tries where it was nice conditions. Usual weather that time of year is cold rain, 40degs or so. Good luck at Sebring.

I am registered. I figure after last years wash out it has to be better this year. There are a bunch of RTR folks registered for the event.

I'm there. Agree with Brian. Playing the odds. Better prepared for bad weather this year.

The weather last year was ridiculously bad. Rain and cold throughout the weekend. Maybe this year will be better. Nonetheless, last year was my first time at VIR, and the track layout is absolutely amazing, and a must for those who have not had the experience.

Yes.....last year's weather was foul, at best. I, too, will be better prepared. My only hurdle know is the old lady.......

Tell your bride that you are merely following a sign from God. VIR is located on the "Dan" river. (See attached.)

All though the one year it was not rain, but sleet with freezing rain on the tow home. Just two weeks later, 70 degs and nice for the race weekend I will likely run there. I hope you guys get good weather, but the odds are not good that time of the year.

I have done this event since its inception. Historically I have seen just as many great sunny weekends for this event as I have wash outs. So the odds seem to be about 50/50.

I'm in. Last year's run was quite eventful, and I'm hoping for better weather, and maybe a trailer of my very own - so I won't have to rely on others.
Even in the nearly constant rain, I had a blast until I really learned about 6A
