For those looking for cheapass tools, Harbor Freight will open a new store in the Wegman's shopping center in Downingtown on Friday.

But the drive through Beautiful Norristown en route to their current location will be sorely missed.  Now who will try to car-jack me on the way to buy a set of screwdrivers?
