NJMP Lemons April 9-10 Request for Race Crew Help

Our team, "Team Cardorks" is fielding 3 cars for the upcoming NJMP Lightning Lemons race April 9-10th.

Our cars are:

1995 Acura Integra -- Flying Spaghetti Monster
1987 BMW 325i -- Invisible Pink Unicorn (not a gay thing, not that there's anything wrong with that)
1990 Acura Integra -- R2Q5 -- the Evil R2 unit! (our new car)

If anyone would like to be part of the team to help out at the race please let me know.  We need help with race coordination, refueling, radio, logistics (food & beer) and other areas.

Several RTR members are driving on our team and we appreciate your support! If nothing else, come down and see the spectacle that is Lemons!

What are the hours that the race is run?  I am sure folks would be more inclined to assist if they knew when they would be needed.

Thanks Chris. The race is from 10 AM - 6:30 PM on Saturday and then again from 9 am - 4 pm Sunday.

Looking for any other drivers. I would like to run and beat the old 240 Volvo that I built for team Keystone Kops. That car has run the past 4 years and has placed in the top 10 in every race so far.

Has anyone volunteered for torque wrench duty?  I heard thre may be an opening.

Not yet   That is the kind of thing we need help with though -- nothing too labor intensive -- if we have several people responsible for each doing a task when the cars come in then it will go very smoothly.

I would be honored to torque all the lug nuts to their proper setting instead of "Nick Tight".  Unfornately I can't.   If I don't show up at Jeff/Shen Paul W. will have no one to yell at.  Its a tough job, but someone has to do it.
