Corbeau Seat.  Folds forward for access to rear seats/storage.  Nice shape.  Perfect for Autocross or DE, especially if you drive your car to the track.  Also comes with seat mount which is labeled 944, but worked perfectly in my 3.2 Carrera.  Sliders are also included, so adjustability remains.  The weight of this seat is right around 26 pounds, according to a Poster on Pelican that weighed a similar Corbeau seat. $100

Stephane, I don't know the exact weight, but it is heavier than the single piece seats.  I'll look up the equivalent on the Corbeau site and get back to you with a half decent estimate.
