So, who's going to Hershey? We have the swap meet presented by Central Pa region. You can stay overnight at one of the wonderfull motels or hotels, then come out to the same lot and try your skills at a great driving event. If you don't make it to the swap meet, the rest of us will meet at the first service plaza west of Downingtown at 7 am. We will caravan to Hershey from there. Come on out and have a great time. Register for the event at MotorsportsReg.com.
See you there!!

Nick, the service plaza is the Peter J. Camiel service plaza. I think we should try to meet at 6:45, then wheels up at 7:00. It is about an hour drive to Hershey.

Pre-Registration is only open for three more days, so save some time and register before you get to the event.

So who else is going? As of now there are more non Porsches signed up than water and air cooled Porsches. I like to see at least 15 from our region, so come on and sign up. It is only $25 on line or $30 at the event.[/size]BananaBananaBananaBanana

For anyone joining us for the first time, or if you made modifications to your car from last year, please take the time and classify your car at this link. http://classification.pca-ggr.org/classi.../index.php

Question on the non-stock seat classification for anyone that wants to weigh in. I have a '01 996 Turbo, now with 996 GT3 seats (OEM fixed buckets). Did some reading (a few links below) and I believe these were a stock/factory option on the Turbo (code XSE/F) but I'm not sure. Is there a definitive source that folks defer to?

It looks like you have done your homework. All you did was replace OEM seats with a different style of OEM seats, and it looks like they were an option for your car by the links you referenced. They would be stock seats. What this classification is looking for is replacing OEM seats with after market seats that are lighter in weight, thus giving the driver an advantage.
