As to Tech:
1: The camera would need to be in a secure mount designed to hold a camera in a vehicle. Most of the mounts I have come accross mount to a roll bar or harness bar.
2: The use of an additional tie down strap to keep the camera from flying across the car in case it came out of the mount.
3. There are some ultra small cameras the would attach to the visor and feed its signal to a recording device in the glove box or any where else in the car that you could secure the recording device.
