You will find video of Mad Max McMorn performing at today's AX here:

(Be patient, they're big files and will take a while to load)

You will need Quicktime 7 on a mac or windows 2000/XP machine to view these videos.

I'm here:

You'll find

some photos here (at the bottom). You'll find other event photos further up the page... including ones taken earlier this week at AWE.

Enjoy!

Yeah, that is a spectacular car. That's one fine restoration job. If I owned a car like that I'd be afraid to touch it. Smile

Glad you liked the videos and pictures.

Thanks!

The finish was tough and the first slalom was very tight.

Also most were going off course by missing the first chicane. Once you got the hang of the tight gates, then it wasn't so bad. It was a fun course.

We had some fun cars to watch... especially the green BMW that loved collecting cones and got more and more thrashed on every run... that poor car, I felt so sorry for it. It's a pity that my wife didn't tape one of it's runs, as it was quite a sight to watch. No car should be forced to undergo such torture. Smile

We wanted to go, but had to pick up the in-laws at the airport.  There is an SCCA Autox next Sunday in Warminster

I have not been there. I'd like to go. I've heard really good things about Warminster, but do not know if I can make time for two AX events on back to back weekends. We'll have to see how busy next weekend looks before I make up my mind.

Right now I'm thinking that SCCA Boeing might be my next event.

I am new the the PCA and a first time porsche owner (June 2006).  I was driving past the Valley fordge convention center and saw the autocrosss setting up on Sunday and decided to stop over and watch.  The event looked like a lot of fun and it is something i would like to get involved with.  How often do these events take place?  What is needed to take part in these events?  Where is a local place to purchase a helmet, I live in King of Prussia?  Also has anyone taking part in the driver's ed event or track events?  I would also like to begin getting involved with some other events as well.  Thank you in advance for your feedback!!!
