The What Caused the Crash Game

Does anyone else do this? I like to watch crash videos from YouTube, wherever, and try to figure out from watching the video where the driver's mistake was....

As far as I can tell judging from the other cars in frame, the driver's line was reasonably good. Looks like he turned in too abruptly and did not open his wheel quickly enough or enough when the rear started coming around.

If you look closely, around 13, 14, 15 seconds into the clip (14 to be exact), u can see a little puff of ?? come from the left front wheel.  Almost looks like a blow out (possibly from the off track excursion...) and then the car goes into the right hander and flips as a result.
