I believe this car will take off just the way Porsche is hoping and with some savvy marketing & careful allocating to its dealers, the mother company will do very well with its Panamera sales.

Hopefully the profits pay for the development the 997 GT2 and higher powered Cayman.

How about the Roxster/Tiguan/Q5 that can't even tow a P-car to the track:

They won't make a higher powered Cayman....The 911 is king right??  I wonder why its better for them to make a v8 sedan instead of a new 928.  I guess the same reason???
