2008 Riesentöter AutoX+ Roadshow

The third AutoX event of the 2008 'RTR AutoX+ Roadshow' will be our very own RTR 'Planes and Porsches' Charity AX on behalf of ALS (aka Lou Gehrig’s disease) association on Sunday 29th June at Reading Airport - please find more info below:

Registration: will open online on Sunday 1st June at 12.01am at http://www.rtr-pca.motorsportreg.com/
Event Information:

· Entries will be limited to 50 competitors to ensure each gets 6 runs (3 in the morning session; 3 in the afternoon session)
· Each entrant will receive a commemorative glass stein beer mug, kindly sponsored by Porsche of the Main Line
· Aircraft hangar (kindly provided by Millennium Aviation) will offer valuable protection from the elements with a number of hot Jets and cool Porsches on display
· Post-event drinks are being provided by the Dogfish Head Brewery
· Food, soft drinks and facilities are available on site
· In addition, we are inviting a number of local Porsche/automotive industry-related businesses to have a stall in the hangar (just like the RTR vendor night at Dougherty's in February)
· All entry fees will be considered as tax deductible donations to the ALS association.

o $35 RTR/PCA members
o $40 non-RTR/PCA members
[/indent]· 10 x special gold pass entries available – these special passes allow entrants to skip their work assignment and take all 6 runs in the AM or PM session and only cost an additional $50 equalling $85/90 – remember all entry fees will be considered as tax deductible donations to the ALS.
· All profits will be donated to the ALS (aka Lou Gehrig’s disease) on behalf of 10 year RTR member Bob Wilderman who was recently diagnosed with ALS.

Event Requirements
All Drivers must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age. You will be asked to present your driver's license at the track. Don't leave home without it!
Helmets are required for all drivers and passengers -- Snell 2000 or Snell 2005 preferred.
Additional donations
If you are unable to join us on the day (or you are incredibly generous), please consider making a $25, $50 or $100 donation to ALS via the website.
PAX Championship- Points will be awarded for attendance & final position at this event. If you want to participate in the Championship, you must have e-mailed your final MAV spreadsheet with your PPF to Vee by Monday 9[suP]th[/suP] June (ie day after Herschey) – if you have any questions, please e-mail rtrautox@hotmail.com or talk to us at Hershey.
