Maybe the car was moved around the area for people to see it. It was kept at the shop on Rt23 10 min past Pville big white building in the middle of the lot, there is always 1 or 2 car trailers/haulers parked out front. The car was Red and White with # 21 on the doors and  was  sponsored by Citgo

This was one of the other cars I got to restore and drive. It was sold to Lance Smith and now races in SoCal

A 69 Torino Fast Back with a 800HP 351 Cleveland. You won't believe it but there is almost no difference in the supension between the 69 and the 87 even the 09 cars they are all the same only the body's have changed. It is really amazing to see it first hand. No advances in technology in all these years. Just lots of cheating..... probably why the cars are no faster now than they were back then.
