RTR Concours

Does the concours committee realize New Hope is August 14, 15 and Porsches are on the 15th?  For the past several years several RTR memebers have entered.

Not sure if they realize it or not but...the date is set for the annual Planes & Porsches event at Reading Airport where they will include the usual Autox event and also conduct a concours and the annual picnic at the same location, same time. I'm sure the availbility of the venue had a lot to do with the date selection.

Been waiting for 15 years for a RTR Concours, and they schedule it on the same day as one of the largest shows (New Hope) in the area that most of the RTR "show" people go to that's been running for 54 years? WTH? Suggestion, in the future check to see if there are any conflicting events BEFORE scheduling ANY event.
