Jim, do us all a favor and PLEAAAAAASE remember that now you will have to brake at the end of the front straight and maybe a few other sections on the track Cool

You got that right, but as you're alluding, I think my BIGGEST challenge will be throttle management. With the 944, I was purely digital on the throttle 1 = on the floor and 0 = on the brake. I heard about "rolling on the power" but when there is no power to roll on...

These next events are all about learning the car... and finding out what it is like to NOT roll the body with every twitch of the steering wheel.

It might be more fun to drive an underpowered car for that reason, one less thing to worry about. Just figure out where to go WOT and keep it there. Much easier to keep it flat on the floor than judging whether you have it in the right position.
