The idea of giving instructors a break is a nice idea, but instead of making it about luck, make it about committment. There are instructors that attend all the events and even go and not drive. A points system for events attended along with a bonus for instructing, but not driving should add up to a free event.
Ya...basically it's 1/2 price to instruct so what if when someone instructs and doesn't drive if they could then get a voucher for another event to run for free?

Also, maybe an option to take 2 students and run for free, like how most other clubs are setup.

Darren,

I will definately look into it but would definately require the approval of the Speed Council. Thanks for the suggestion.

RTR members:

You should be receiving your Der Gasser shortly.  Inside, will be an election ballot.  Please take the time to fill the ballot out and vote in our upcoming RTR election.

It is important to note that should you decide to cast your vote via mail or come to the monthly meeting (Bent Elbo - Oct 29th), you MUST include your membership number and name on the envelope.

To mail in a ballot, or two if you have an associate member, write your membership number in the lower right hand corner of the envelope.  The name that matches the membership number must appear in the normal return address area (legibly).  Only ONE BALLOT per envelope.

Now for the extra tricky part...to receive a ballot at the monthly meeting (Bent Elbo, Ft Washington - Oct 29), you must bring your PCA card and a form of ID.  No PCA card, no ballot.

Of course you can always bring your Der Gasser ballot to the meeting but again remember those PCA cards and ID's.

* Mail the completed ballot to: William G. Cooper, 1148 Saint Finegan Drive, West Chester, PA 19382-2318. Ballot must be received by Election Day, Oktober 29, 2008  to be counted at the election .

Come on out and vote for YOUR club representatives!!!
