No advice needed, just thought others may be interested in this.
I just put a nice Momo steering wheel on my 87 911. It was a little smaller than the stock wheel so I couldn't read the speedo past 60 mph. Turns out all I had to do was pull and twist the speedo bezel and I can now see from about 30 - 120 mph. Who cares to see the mph when it is less than 30 mph any way?
