I have some extra shop space adjoining my shop (Carisma) that I'm not currently using and would like to sublease on a month to month basis. Enough room to store 2 cars or room for 1 car with room to work. It's well lit, dry, has heat and an air compressor. I'd like to get $350/month, but willing to negotiate depending on needs.
