Josh,

My apologies for asking the obvious, but

1.when you registered initially, did you receive confirmation from Carol that you have been approved?

2. When you filled in your registration form, you selected Riesentoter as your club, and entered your PCA membership number?

John

at the meeting tonight, Tom mentioned that the first 7 days are for "approved" RTR members - driven in DE within last 2 years.  Carol emailed everyone that was approved.

I did get in.    However, this is Jenn's first RTR event which is probably the glitch.   She has only done a NNJR DE back in '05 but never registered RTR before.  I'm sure we'll sort it out.

Good night.

Congratulations to the Carol, Jack and the team. Signing on was easy for David and me even with a shared car. Great start to the season.

Registered at 12:02 AM, but wanted to use AMEX which they don't accept. I just "clicked" on mailing in a check. Everything went through BUT it indicated that the registration would not be approved till the check is in hand.

I didn't want to risk waiting, so I went back in and paid by a Visa card that I don't like to use. It went right in and stated that I'm registered.Smile

Carol, I hope that I didn't mess things up and somehow got doubled registered.Sad

Are people seeing Confirmed Status automatically? I am seeing Pending Review. Is that normal for this point or did I screw something up?

Wow!  Carol & I were out on Long Island for a fundraising event last night and were without internet access.   We got back @ 3:00pm today and immediately logged into the system.

Holy cow - green & blue into the waitlist already!

Carol had a bunch of e-mails from folks that tried to register but were denied access.  This was because they did not have their Motorsportreg accounts verified yet.  Since our events are so popular, and sell out so fast, we decided not to allow open access.  In other words, you must have "PCA - Riesentoter" selected as one of your clubs, and we must verify your account before you will be allowed to register.  This enables us to give members of our community the ability to register first.  We may open an event up to non-verified accounts if it doesn't sell out (yeah - right...)

We tried to make this clear in the e-mails we sent out to everyone, but with any communication, there's room for misinterpretation.

Carol's working thru the e-mails as we speak.  You should hear from her shortly.

Take care,
Jack
