WE used the stadium lots for one season, I beleive it was 5 years ago, and rented from the Philadelphia Parking Authority. The next year Comcast Spectracorp  took over the lots and two things changed.  They raised the rent and they also stated that union workers must be used to set up and take down and operate the timing equipment. That was the end of that good thing.

It was in 2003... can't hurt to see if they have softened their stance on the union workers. Jolene got that lot for a crazy low price, she had some great contacts...
