I couldn't agree more. My comment was prompted by the concern that Bill's plan to post the bids and give everyone a chance to bid again might have the opposite effect of what he intends.

FWIW, the bid I previously submitted was more than the minimum.

hey, it'll create "bottom feeding" causing those on the "bottom tier" of bids to increase as more folks try to snag the "low cost" garages.

This could get exciting right down to the bidding deadline.

I have visions of EBAY count-down bidding in my head!  A wee bit more sport for shallow pockets to contribute.

Unfortunately, my cherished eBay sniping service (BidNip) won't work for these purposes. (But it sure saves me a lot of money on eBay. (Unpaid testimonial.))

Sounds like DE registration in reverse... who can get the "right bid" in right before "bidding closes"
