I think work assignments are a bit of a pain, but necessary.  It would be helpful for seasoned trackers to be with each shift to help use "no-clue" newbies learn what is important.  It's just another aspect of the sport that I enjoy picking up, even though inconvenient at times.

I have been impressed with the level of attention paid to staging, etc. and adds to sense of safety first.
