The problem is too much pedal travel, it bottoms out, so if I cook the fluid at all I'm worried I'll have no brakes!  The larger front master will require more pedal effort but less pedal  travel.  I'm not looking forward to the more pedal effort -- it already takes probably 80 lbs of force for full brake engagement.  That's just the way it is though because of the small size of the caliper pistons.
