Summit: Hotel, Taste of the Track

Howdy.

Well, my wife (in the past year) has gone from loathing that i wanted to take my car to the track to now wanting a taste. Just one hit. Everyone is doing it.

In any case, could someone recommend a hotel/motel/BB that would be wife-appropriate near Summit. i was planning on sleeping in a tent: all the hotel money could be applied to new tires after all.

Additionally, which day is to be track tasting? We will have to modify travel plans accordingly.
