I'm gonna go out on a limb here. Yes, it only happens at other PCA regions Wink

Certain guys that run with each other a lot and know each others cars, and each others track awareness skills do it all the time. They don't get in trouble, black flagged or yelled at because they're part of the inner circle.

I had a deserving oppotunity or two to do so, but never have. I never take that kind of risk on the un-offered pass. You just don't know what the other guy is about to do.
