The social responsibility is to prosecute, clearly. My understanding is that since the club is a non-profit that the state is taking over that responsibility and is performing an investigation. So I think the wheels are already in motion.

You are correct. As a club, we have done what we are required to do. We have investigated internally and had an independent third party accounting firm issue a report. We have expelled the past-Treasurer from the club. We have also turned all the information we have over to the state, who is performing an investigation. The information is in the hands of the state and they will decide whether there is enough information to prosecute.
