Ha, this is great . . . The question is, does the OP know who is driving, and is the OP perhaps someone who had an axe to grind previously. 

By the way, we all break the rules of the road now and again.  I'm not saying its right, but we don't need the proletariot playing big brother.  And, most certainly we are not representing our club when we are driving on public roads, irrespective of what our license plates say.  It is ludicrous to think any less, or any different, of the club based on the alleged actions of one member which took place outside the confines of a PCA event.
