Summit Point Repave

Repave coming?  Fingers crossed... how much fun will that place be if this gets it done for real          I Love Summit!!

[size=2]There has been on going research on the status of paving efforts past and recent. Samples have been taken and examined, experts have been consulted. New methods are being looked into in order to provide a better long term result.

The plan is to repair all of the corners (1,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) with the oversight of a pro using the most proven techniques available. If there is a long term solution. this will be it. "Cure" time is built into the equation before there is heavy use. The repaving process is scheduled to take place the last two weeks of March and the first week of April.         Jens                       

I believe Jens is the son of Bill Scott the owner, who just passed away recently.  Looks like they are trying to do the right thing, the first event on the main circuit is NASA April 17-18th.
