Hi,

I attempted to remove my 944S A/C compressor and alternator to use an A/C delete bracket.  With the top long bolt and and the small bottom bolt removed the alternator would pivot upwards, rolling as if the top bolt was loosened but still in place but would not come away from the alternator bracket.

Is there another part that has to come off before the alternator will, or is there a special technique to get it off?
