I need help w/ 944S altenator removal

Good to hear from you, so she's black now or is that a different car?

So there is only the top and bottom bolts, nothing else holding it in other than the bracket's tight?

Knowing that and the fact I will not be needing the existing bracket after I get the alternator out I can work with that.

My project removes the A/C compressor and the existing alternator bracket.  A new light weight alternator bracket is bolted in and the alternator is hung at the bottom of it in approx where the A/C compressor was.
